The company’s Medical Device /Healthcare and consumer products business has shown significant growth since 2001. In 2002 Tool & Plastic commissioned and commenced manufacturing in a Class 100,000 cleanroom. This helped in developing and growing the Medical/Healthcare markets. In June 2007, the company re-located to a 38,000 Sqft modern purpose built facility in Longford, that included the construction of 5,000 Sqft of a class 100,000 cleanroom. Over 70% of the company’s markets are now devoted to the Medical Device/Healthcare industries with over 35% of products manufactured at Tool & Plastic exported to markets developed in the UK, Germany, and the USA & Canada.
