The Company move to a new 38,000 Sq Ft facility

In June 2007, the company moved to a new 38,000 sq ft modern purpose facility on the outskirts of Longford town. This represented a significant investment in plant and facilities and demonstrates the commitment that the company has to the development of the business in Ireland. The facility comprises of 15,000 Sqft of White room manufacturing, 5,000 Sqft of a Class 100,000 cleanroom, Fully equipped Quality, metrology and product test Lab, Warehousing and Distribution and Administration areas. Currently the company operates 29 Injection moulding machines ranging from 22T to 800T and these comprise of both Hydraulic and Electric machines. All Resin is fed to each machine via dedicated material feed lines and extensive use is made of automation at the facility
